  1. Important Notice about Text It! Lite 1.5!

  3. Before using this software, copy the entire folder onto an unlocked hard disk! Trying to run from a locked floppy or a CD-ROM will create errors, and running from an unlocked floppy will be REALLY slow! Also, make sure that the locked flag in the Finder "Get info" window is false(unchecked).

  5. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO USERS OF PREVIOUS VERSIONS:
  6. Remove any older versions of "Text It!" from your hard disk BEFORE installing this version. After doing this, it could also be advisable to rebuild the desktop file before installation.

  8. GREAT NEWS FOR HYPERCARD PLAYER OWNERS!!!!!!!
  9. "Text It!" requires HyperCard Version 2.1 or later to run. THIS VERSION WILL RUN UNDER THE HYPERCARD PLAYER, including standalone stacks created by HyperCard 2.2. It will run under System 6.0.5 or later, and is System 7 compatible.

  11. Feel free to distribute "Text It!" among friends and user groups. BBS distribution is also permitted(wanted!). Any commercial disk or CD-ROM distribution must be verified with the author in writing beforehand.

If you find any bugs in the software, or want to tell me about new features you would like to see implemented, write to me at the address which follows. Remember, "Text It! Lite" is POSTCARDWARE, so if you do use it, send me a card to say "Hi!'. Remember to tell me it's "Text It! Lite 1.5.0" you are using!
